Back in April we reported on an exhibition which compared the cityscapes of Leipzig in 1850 and 2015 through 30-meter long panorama images. These were not the panorama photo’s you and I take by moving around your phone a bit and let the device to the work, but we’re talking carefully stitched images that show an unwarped panorama image.
Jörg Dietrich, the man behind the Panorama Streetline project, is now taking previously unpublished material from his archives on a European tour of 101 cities. On his latest project called 101 CityScapes, one new streetscape will be posted each week, while also providing a short introduction of the city. Updates will also be posted here on the SkyscraperCity forums.
