If you would ask a random stranger what the world’s most famous pyramid in the world is (s)he would probably mention the Great Pyramid of Giza. It’s not much of a surprize that this one came out on top in the Pyramid Cup contest.
This tournament was really more about the road to the finale though. It’s interesting to see if skyscraper fans value some of the new pyramid shaped towers when held up against some of the classics. The opening round allowed for some nice one on one’s.
The most interesting result I think was the Grand Louvre Pyramids beating the London Shard. The first is an excellent example of a bontrast, which appears is being higher rated that supertall height.share this!
