The typical Latin American cityscape seems to be one with a sea of towers in the range of 20/30 storeys without any buildings that stick out for their height of exuberant appearance. That doesn’t mean nothing interesting happens though.
Today’s New Project is a 20-storey tall resiscraper in the Batel neighborhood of Curitiba, Brazil. Every floor will have just one apartment, with some of the top ones being a duplex. It’s a bit of a penthouse stacker with associated sizes, luxury and prices, but it comes with a Leed Gold certification in case you were worried. LLUM Batel is designed by Baggio Schiavon Architecture and developed by Laguna.
